Early Steps (ESP)

ESPEarly Steps is a preventative based program offered to ensure that a child under the age of three is eligible for services if he/she has a diagnosed physical or mental condition that has a high probability of resulting in developmental delay. Early Steps ensures that families and caregivers of infants and toddlers with disabilities have the opportunity to enhance the development of their children within everyday routines, activities and places.
Features of Early Steps:
