Family & Community Partnership Program
The Family & Community Partnership Program offers a wide range of community support services for at risk children and families. We are a family centered, strength based service provider.

Our goals at the Family & Community Partnership Program are to help:

• Reduce abuse and neglect in our neighborhood
• Work with families receiving protective services to improve outcomes for family safety and preservation
• Educate our neighborhood concerning child abuse prevention
• Help build a stronger community by empowering families

Our services include:

• Personal attention to families in our neighborhood to assess the strengths and needs.
• Family team conferencing, which helps the family create its OWN plan for building on its strengths
• Follow up and track the family to ensure that their individual plan works
• Link families to support services
• Integrated services support providers to strengthen families
• Ongoing community training events
• Community in Action Services, a community support group to integrate the family into positive and constructive activities

The Family and Community Partnership Program receives funding from the Community Partnership for Children and the County of Volusia.
