In observance of Sexual Assault Awareness & Prevention Month, SafePlace asks business, organizations and individuals to wear Denim in support of sexual assault survivors and to raise awareness about sexual assault misconceptions.

CAC staff, volunteers and Pai-Lum t’ai chi practitioners will hold a vigil on CAC’s front lawn on the last day of the month among the pinwheels set out throughout the month in recognition of each case of abuse received by CAC throughout the month of April.

All are welcomed to join us for a bit of quiet reflection starting at 5:30 pm. Pai-Lum t’ai chi practitioners will perform a healing sequence and meditation.

Come get a tour and learn more about the critical services provided through your local Children’sAdvocacy Center. Light refreshments, including wine and cheese, will be served.
